the list of idiots grows daily as more consultants disguised as " 3 month short contract workers" Join the ranks of the Parking departments nepostistic special squad (schultz-staffen ). tasked with the important priority jobs of implementing an employee of the month in a council department where restructures and consequent redundancies on the way to privatisation of the departments are as common as a.........................a..common thing ! or thinking up the name for an in house 'newsletter '..... my suggestion of  "The Dr Goebbels weekly" was not snapped up
or what about "The consultant" "internal waffle" , "liars are us"
